Paramaribo is the capital of Suriname. It has an area of approximately 183 km2 and has about 245,000 residents of various ethnicities, including: Indians, Creoles, East Indians, Chinese, Javanese and Europeans living together in harmony.

The Historic Downtown is since July 2002 on the world heritage list of UNESCO. With a city tour of about 4 hours you will get a sightseeing through the city, we pass many monuments, historic buildings, churches, mosques, synagogues and a large indoor market.

With an experienced guide, you can walk, bike, car or bus by pulling the inner city. The guide will guide you through the city and you can tell the history behind the old buildings and monuments.
