Confirmation / Invoicing

Q: I have not received a confirmation email after booking through the site

After you made the reservation through our website, you will receive a confirmation within two business days. If this happens to you is not the case, make sure that our email in your Junk mailbox is ended.

Q: Will I get confirmation of my booking?

Bookings made via the website will receive within 2 working days by e-mail an confirmation. Also, you will receive an e-mail while including the final invoice incl. payment instructions.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation when my payment has been received?

After receiving / processing of your payment, you will NOT receive a confirmation. If the amount is debited from your account to our account quoting the reservation number, you can assume that your payment has been received in good order. If we have not received payment, we'll automatically send you a reminder.

How does iDEAL work?

When booking your holiday, you can indicate that you wish to pay with iDEAL. Just click on the iDEAL payment button. Then select your own bank. Then you will be redirected to your own bank where the payment order will be ready. You will be asked by your bank to fill in some information, then you can authorize the payment.
