A three-hour boat trip on the Commewijne river while enjoying a snack and a drink, with a magical encounter with the Surinamese dolphins, relax on the water, visit a former plantation and a beautiful sunset at the center.

During the Sunset & Dolphins About Go after sunset in the swamp area behind a former plantation in search of caimans.
After meeting with the dolphins you will arrive at the former plantation Johan & Margaretha. You get here fresh local snacks and then the rest of the company during the sunset sail back to the city. The former plantation has been completely flooded and you go in this behind, shallow water area in search of caimans. The local boatmen take you in small boats with 3 to 4 persons per boat. In the dark with flashlights tracking it across the water, with the eyes of the caimans red light when you shine on it. With a noose on a stick, or even the animals are caught by hand (the little ones). The boat men treat the animals quietly and respectfully, then you should hold the animals themselves. After this, the animals are again placed back into the water. The retreat beneath an immense starry sky is a magical conclusion to this exciting trip. Arriving in the village you will get one last drink, then sail back by boat to Leonsberg.
CATERING (subject to change):
Drink: Beer, red and white wine, Borgoe rum, coke, diet coke, Fernandes soft, fresh juice, water.
Snacks: Three Surinamese chips species, three freshly baked snacks on the plantation (eg Barra bakabana, egg rolls, fried fish, samosas, fish balls.).
The area has mosquitoes, but if you are a guest here well prepared to do just fine. Always take the dress code and explain why the guests out.

- Light clothing, long pants, long sleeves and closed shoes
- Raincoat and sometimes a shawl is handy (sun / rain / mosquito)

Transport to and from departure point:
Guests should use their own transport to the pier of Leonberg. From the center of Paramaribo is about 15 minutes by car. It is also possible to go to Leonberg by public transport (line 4, leaving the flat bridge). Upon returning from the trips that depart at 16.00 hours drive no more buses.
