Located in the Central Surinam Nature Reserve. The reserve offers a wide variety of flora and fauna. The main activity here is climbing Voltzberg. The intensive trip to the top is rewarded with stunning views over the tropical rainforest. Furthermore, there are many waterfalls where one after the strenuous and instructive journey to cool. Night walks for spotting animals are also on the program. This place is also known for the unique appearance of the Cock of the Rock (Rock Rooster) and is known by bird watchers around the globe.

DAY PROGRAM:
Day 1:
At 9.00 am we depart by car to Witagron; On arrival we will have lunchand then the boats are loaded for the boat trip to the Raleigh Falls. On arrival, meeting with the manager, then one can look up the property in the residence. The afternoon we will will do some hiking, exploring the island and if desired, a dip in the river.

Day 2:
Right after breakfast we get ready for the ride through the jungle to the Voltzberg. This tour is very interesting and impressive. One can find many animals against it, such as monkeys, birds, wild boars etc. The highlight on this day, of course, is the climb to the top (240 m), where you can enjoy stunning views over the tropical rainforest. For cooling, we stop at the Ajoemarafalls before we arrive at our lodge. After dinner socializing.

Day 3:
After breakfast we depart by boat to the breathtaking mother fall. After lunch, you have a free afternoon to determine whether you like swimming, fishing, sunbathing, hammock apart or relax. Around 18.00 we will walk all go to the airport, where you can spot different bird species and at the same time can witness the sunset. After dinner, socializing and, if desired, a cultural show of song and dance of the local Raleigh Boys.

Day 4:
Around 10:00 am we will leave again by boat to Witagron from which we return by car to Paramaribo.
