The tour is full of adventure and challenge. You’re going to self various obstacles with the 4 × 4 vehicle and arrive at wonderful places where almost nobody comes. You sleep in a hammock and is just as this ‘back to basics’. Young or old, male or female, by the different aspects of the program this tour is suitable for everyone who wants to discover an adventurous way Suriname.

Day 1:
At 07: 00h you will be picked from your accommodation. Just outside the busy the Surinam traffic introduces you to the 4 × 4 vehicles, traveling companions and the guide. Basic skills for off-road driving and safety instructions are explained to you so that you become familiar with the adventure that is waiting for you.

After a short break, you go with your traveling companions and guide. We cross direction Jodensavanne. In the afternoon you find yourself with the vehicle in the savanna. In the savannah you get the opportunity to try out all aspects of off road riding. With big puddles, mud baths, hills and deep potholes take you and your travel companions various obstacles and devise solutions to your challenges that nature presents.

At the end of the day you make with your guide the camp ready, you can enjoy a well deserved dinner and prepare yourself for the night in a hammock in the middle of the savannah.

Day 2:
The next day you go after a solid breakfast the adventure again with a savannah trail and a trail through woods and creek. The Cordon where this trail goes partly on a military bridleway from the time of slavery. The Cordon runs between the savannah and the jungle and was seen as the frontier of freedom.

By enjoying the beautiful scenery, the exciting adventure and the delicious meals you do not forget this trip. Having defied all the challenges we have to go back to civilization where you at 17: 00h’re back at your accommodation.

During the tour you can take a bag of max. 20 liters. The bag is placed in a dust-proof and water-proof box.
